                        1.   First Reading Ordinance No. 1, 2008 – An Ordinance Relating to the Control and Prevention of Graffiti Within the Corporate Boundaries of the City of Alamosa and Amending Chapter 11 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Alamosa, Colorado by Addition of a New Section 107
