C.      Appoint Barbara Kruse to the Historic Preservation Advisory Committee

                        1.   Public Hearing - Ordinance No. 01, 2008 – An Ordinance Relating to the Control and Prevention of Graffiti Within the Corporate Boundaries of the City of Alamosa and Amending Chapter 11 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Alamosa, Colorado by Addition of a New Section 107

 

                        2.   First Reading – Ordinance No. 02, 2008 – An Ordinance Amending Chapter 21, Article VI Of The Code Of Ordinances Of The City Of Alamosa, Colorado, Adding Downtown Design Standards And Modifying Section Paragraph 21-119(a) To Reflect The Proper Section Reference In This Paragraph

A Resolution is action that is more formal than a motion, but does not create law.  Public comment is generally not taken for this agenda item.

                              1.   Resolution No. 06, 2008 – A Resolution Placing the Property at 1607 First Street, Alamosa Colorado, also known as the Rex Gym, on the City of Alamosa Registry of Historic Places.

 

                              2.   Resolution No. 07, 2008 – A Resolution Adopting the Attached Pollicy Establishing a Shift Differential Policy for the Alamosa Police Department
